The annual general meeting of the Davidson Lake Association will be held Saturday August 27th ,
2011 at 11:00 AM at the Dumfries Fire Hall, Dumfries NB.
This meeting will be held to elect/re-elect officers to follow and uphold the by-laws of the non-profit
company “Davidson Lake Association Inc.”. The primary intention of the association is to be an
educational body to help educate all who use the lake or it’s watershed in an effort to reduce the
impact on the ecosystem and improve water quality.

Review of Minutes
Andy moved that the minutes from the May 15th meeting and the June 4 General Information Session be approved as distributed. Wayne seconded the motion.
