A Committee meeting was held on November 21st at 1:30 p.m. at the Dumfries Fire Hall.

Review of Minutes

Don moved that the minutes of the September 19th meeting be approved as presented,
seconded by Steven.

Old Business:

Update from Committees:

Community Services Committee: Don reported that he had made contact with the RCMP
and Dot MacGillivray who is the coordinator in regards to the Neighborhood Watch
Program. Don is looking to have Dot come and do a presentation early in the new year on
the program including what is involved in setting one up and maintaining it.
